The office will be open for normal in-person business after the Christmas Holiday on Thursday, December 28, and Friday, December 29, 2023. Our first business day in 2024 that we will be open will be Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
All online services including eRecording will remain available on our website Wake.gov/ROD. Any online orders or real estate eRecordings submitted will be processed on the next business day that the office is open.
