About This Event

For the month of April, Triangle Shala will shed light on the synchronicity between breath and movement, embodying the concept of unity within ourselves. Through mindful breathing techniques (pranayama) and fluid yoga sequences (asanas), we learn to harmonize our breath with each movement, cultivating a deep sense of connection between body, mind, and spirit. As we flow through each posture with intention, we experience the unity of breath and movement as a metaphor for the interconnectedness of all aspects of our being.

Bring a mat, roll it out, take a deep inhale and come learn about how yoga is more than asana (posture) practice.

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.  ARRIVE EARLY TO SECURE A SPOT. AGES 16+
