Wake County Register of Deeds to Observe the Christmas and New Year's Holidays with Office Closings on Dec. 23, Dec. 26, Dec. 27, 2022 and Jan. 2, 2023

Wake County Register of Deeds will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on Friday, December 23, Monday, December 26, and Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
We will be closed for the New Year's Holiday on Monday, January 2, 2023

The office will be open for normal in-person business after the Christmas Holiday on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, through Friday, December 30, 2022. Our first business day in 2023 that we will be open will be Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

All online services including eRecording will remain available on our website WakeGov.com/ROD. Any online orders or real estate eRecordings submitted will be processed on the next business day that the office is open.
