Wake County Register of Deeds will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on Thursday, December 23, Friday, December 24, and Monday, December 27.
We will be closed for the New Year's Holiday on Friday, December 31, 2021

The office will be open for normal in-person business after the Christmas Holiday on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, through Thursday, December 30, 2021. Our first business day in 2022 that we will be open will be Monday, January 3, 2022.

All online services including eRecording will remain available on our website WakeGov.com/ROD. Any online orders or real estate eRecordings submitted will be processed on the next business day that the office is open.
