Wake County to Close Outdoor COVID-19 Testing Sites on Saturday for Winter Weather

Due to concerns about wind chills in the teens and 20s on Saturday, Wake County Public Health is proactively closing its outdoor COVID-19 testing sites on Saturday, January 29.

Everyone with an existing Saturday testing appointment should have received a direct email from Wake County letting them know they can come for a COVID-19 test tomorrow, Friday, or any day next week at their scheduled site. All five sites are normally open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Those with a Saturday appointment should have their confirmation email available to scan when they pull up tomorrow or next week.

All Wake County Public Health VACCINE appointments will go on as normal at our indoor clinics throughout the county.
