Drop by and meet local artist Minal Pai Raiker as she demonstrates and showcases her beautiful Mandala, Warli and Madhubani art.   

Learn to Draw Mandala Art

Join local artist Minal Pai Raikar, who will teach us how to draw a beautiful mandala. Mandala art is traditionally circular in form, characterized by colorful, detailed geometric patterns or designs. Ages 16+. Registration required.

Meet the Artist: Sid Thakur

Drop by to admire the unique paper-cutting creations of local artist Sid Thakur. Sid will demonstrate how to create paper-cutting artwork from original art, hand-rendered and cut using scissors and knife. 

Khmer Handcrafted Flowers
Sunday, May 22 at 2 pm
West Regional Library

Learn about Handcrafted Flowers from local artist Sowattey Grimley. Grimley's work includes single flowers, artistic vase arrangements, Ikebana designs with unique bases, and wearable items. Silk-like polyester fabric is cut, folded, and handsewn into flower petals with flexible stems made of galvanized steel wire. The result is a breathtaking display of natural-looking flowers that is long-lasting and durable.
