Lithograph prehistoric sea creature

About This Event

Before taking over the land, life began in the oceans. Eventually, some animals found their way back to the water. On this prehistoric maritime expedition, participants will learn why plesiosaurs had such long necks, how one group of dinosaurs took to the waves, and what modern lizard has a surprisingly aquatic past! Join the NCMNS as we dive through the Mesozoic and discover the different ways reptiles returned to the deep and timeless seas.
