July 20, 2022 Planning Board Meeting

The Wake County Planning Board will consider an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan (PLAN Wake) on July 20, 2022. The proposed amendment alters pages 45-47 in the adopted plan related to Activity Centers, which is a parcel-based land use classification that identifies areas of the county appropriate for nonresidential land use. The purpose of the change is to better align policies and development guidance with the goals of the Comprehensive Plan.
