Winter Wander

Winter Wander at Green Hills
Tuesday, Jan. 18, 1–2 p.m.
What interesting flora and fauna is found around the park in winter? Join us for a leisurely hike as we look for plants and animals along some of our multi-use trails. Along the way we'll chat about the history of the landfill and how it became a park! Teacher Workday, all ages. Free, register here

This program is most appropriate for ages 5 years and up with a fully participating adult. Adults without kids are welcome!

Please note this is an in-person program, meeting at the front parking lot. Preregistration is required, and no walk-ups will be accepted.

To keep participants and staff as safe as possible, we ask that you:

  • Stay home if you’re not feeling well.
  • Adhere to social distancing guidelines by sitting at designated seats and/or tables.
  • When possible, avoid sharing supplies with people from different households.
  • Alert staff immediately if you start to feel ill during programming.
