Monday, July 22; Wednesday, July 24; and Friday, July 26, 9 a.m.-noon
Ages 6-8

Welcome to Camp Crowder, where each day promises exciting adventures for young nature enthusiasts! From Monday's "Nature Detectives" with scavenger hunts and nature journaling to Tuesday's "Pond Party" exploring Crowder's aquatic critters, and Wednesday's "Pollinator Palooza" delving into the importance of pollinators, every day brings hands-on experiences. Engage in outdoor activities, pond studies, and craft sessions while fostering a love for nature. Join us for a week of exploration, discovery, and environmental education, creating lasting memories at Camp Crowder! For ages 6-8; cost: $36.

Tiny Trekkers

Tuesday-Thursday, Aug. 13-15, 9 a.m.-noon
Ages 4-5
At Crowder, your Tiny Trekkers join with fellow nature lovers to explore the wonders of the world around us. On Tuesday, our "Mini Gardeners" decorate plant pots and plant seeds, while on Wednesday our "Insect Investigators" search for local pollinators and craft their own butterfly wings. On Thursday our "Weather Watchers" unravel the secrets of rainbows, ending with a playful Raindrop Water Balloon Toss. Join us for a week of discovery and outdoor fun! For ages 4-5; cost: $36.

Refund Policy

You must cancel in writing to park staff two weeks in advance of a multi-session program or camp in order to get a refund/credit/transfer. Additional camp forms will be sent to registrants and must be completed and returned prior to camp.

More Information

Crowder’s camps offer your preschooler and young, elementary-aged children hands-on nature activities including visits with live animals, hikes, crafts, games and more. Each camp offers a different theme. There will be two adults with the kids at all times. Kids bring their own snacks. Preregistration is required. Camp size is limited and is capped at 15 campers.
