How can I obtain a recorded survey or deed of my property?

How are PINs determined?

Every parcel of land is identified by a Parcel Identifier Number. The PIN geographically locates each parcel. It is made up of a combination of easting and northing grid coordinates of the center of the parcel. When the parcel boundaries change, the PIN changes.
