Project Summary

The Community Services Center is the second oldest building of Wake County's inventory. The building was constructed in 1913 as the Wake County Home for the Aged and Infirmed. More recently, the facility has housed various Wake County Behavioral Health Partners.

The first phase of the project renovated the second floor of the facility, installed new finishes, replaced the entire HVAC system, and updated the electrical system. The second phase includes mechanical systems, electrical improvements, interior modifications, modernization of the building's elevator, and parking lot rehabilitation to create ADA parking.
