Cary Regional Library Project

Cary Regional Library with fountain in front of it

Project Summary

The new Cary Regional Library is located in downtown Cary across from the Cary Arts Center and adjacent to Cary's new outdoor performance space. The new library is located on the upper two floors of a three-story structure.

The first floor houses the children's collection and a large children's program room. The second floor houses the Adult Services collection and features a community meeting room and quiet study. The space features a generous amount of daylighting and views to the future town park that will be located northeast of the library.

This project is a unique partnership with the Town of Cary and includes construction of a new Town parking deck to serve library patrons and Town patrons using the Arts Center, the outdoor performance space, and other town venues.
