Transportation & Feeder Road Plan

The Wake County Board of Commissioners' transportation goal is to enhance mobility through an accessible, efficient and balanced multimodal transportation system that promotes economic opportunities and is consistent with and complements the environment and nearby land uses.

Wake County Transportation Planning is coordinated with the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization planning program to plan for and guide transportation improvements in Wake County and public transportation in the Research Triangle Region as part of the Comprehensive Plan.
