Procedure for obtaining service on Out of State Process


Paperwork:

1. Original Summons (including attachments as necessary)
2. Original Return of Service Form
3. One copy for each person being served
4. Letter of instructions or special needs as desired
5. Self Addressed Stamped Envelope for return of service to you

Payment: Check or Money Order
 
 
Cost: $35.00 per person being served (even if at same address)
