Ready To Learn Centers
Welcome to the Ready To Learn Center Website!
Ready To Learn Centers are a collaboration of the Wake County Public School System, Wake County Human Services and community agencies.
Goals
One of our goals is to encourage the healthy development and educational success of all children. Another is to increase the capacity of families to serve as primary nurturers, teachers and advocates for their children.
Services
Our services are uniquely designed to meet the needs in the communities where our centers are located. Our programs are geared toward preschoolers ages 0 to 5 years and their families. Services are provided free of charge for Wake County families and include:
- Health & Developmental Screenings
- Consultation & Referral
- Parent-Child Interactive Groups
- Parent Education
- Home Visits
- Community Resource Information
- Kindergarten Readiness Groups
