The Register of Deeds office administers Notary Public Oaths for Wake County notaries Monday through Friday. You will receive notice by mail from the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State to be sworn in at the Wake County Register of Deeds office.

  • The Notary Public Oath fee of $10 is payable with cash, credit or debit card.
