NEW!!  FEED THE BIN Recycling Contest

Since its inception in 2004, more than 6 million pounds of paper have been recycled through the FEED THE BIN program, saving 9,000 cubic yards of landfill space! A big thank you goes out to all of the students, faculty and staff of the WCPSS schools on the FEED THE BIN program for their commitment to recycling and to the environment.  During the 2008-09 School Year, approximately 1.5 million pounds of mixed paper were recycled through the FEED THE BIN program.

The goal for this school year is to increase recycling by 5% to reach 1.6 million pounds.
