E-Waste, or electronic waste, is any household item with a plug. Common e-waste includes computer equipment, monitors, TVs, telephones, stereos, video players, game consoles and small appliances.
 
Wake County offers e-waste recycling drop-off at Multi-Material Recycling FacilitiesMonday–Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for residents and businesses:  
  • North Wake Multi-Material Recycling Facility [map]
  • South Wake Multi-Material Recycling Facility [map] 
The following Convenience Center locations accept electronics from residents on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.:
