PROJECT SUMMARY
The Wake County Agricultural Services Building is located on the Wake County Office Park Campus off of Poole Road. The building includes offices for several land conservation and agricultural-based services including Wake Soil and Water Conservation District, North Carolina Cooperative Extension, 4-H Youth Development and USDA Farm Services. The building originally opened in 1989. The renovation project focused on life cycle replacements in suites C, D and E, and core circulation areas. The renovation scope included interior finishes, lighting, life safety systems, mechanical, plumbing fixtures, signage and exterior sealants.
