S-15-04 Bayleaf Farm Phase III [PIN: 1810.03-22-2946 and 1810.03-12-8617] A preliminary plan to subdivide 13.34 acres into a lot-by-lot development containing 6 lots. The project is located east of Possum Track Road and north of Birchfall Drive in the existing Bayleaf Farm Phase I subdivision. The tract is zoned R-80W and is in a Non-Urban Area Water Supply Watershed (Critical Area). The applicant indicates that the Neighborhood Recreation Area Requirement will be met with a fee in lieu.
