S-11-04 Barrington Hills [PIN: 1638.01-09-9890] A preliminary plan to subdivide 42.20 acres into a lot-by-lot development containing 39 lots. The project is located on the east side of New Bethel Church Road between Interstate 40 and the Johnston County line. The tract is split zoned with 35.55 acres being R-30 and 6.65 acres being SHOD and is in Garner’s Long Range Urban Services Area.
