S-09-04 Chatsworth Phase III and Variance SV-09-04 [PIN: 1800.03-21-1765] A preliminary plan to subdivide 20.01 acres into a cluster development containing 10 lots and 5.01 acres of open space. The project is adjacent to the existing Chatsworth Phase II subdivision to the north and will be accessed by Overhadden Court. The tract is zoned R-80W and is in a Non-Urban Area Water Supply Watershed (Critical Area). The applicant indicates that the Neighborhood Recreation Area Requirement will be met with a reservation of area.
