S-014-04 Copperleaf and Variance SV-014-04 [PIN: 0724.03-33-4636 and 0724.03-43-3661] A preliminary plan to subdivide 118.2 acres into a cluster development containing 118 lots and 11.8 acres of open space. The project is located on the southeast side of Green Level Church Road between Ferson Road and the American Tobacco Trail. The tract is zoned R-40W and is in Cary’s Short Range Urban Services Area/Water Supply Watershed. The applicant indicates that the Neighborhood Recreation Area Requirement will be met with a fee in lieu.
