Land Use Plan Amendment 05-08
LUPA 05-08: Review the Wake County Land Use Plan Map to expand the existing 32.4-acre activity center to include the northwest corner (2.6 acres of a 10.38-acre parcel) at Old Creedmoor Road and NC Highway 98 as a Neighborhood Activity Center (NAC).
The Wake County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing beginning at 2 p.m., Monday, November 16, 2009, 7th Floor in Room 700, Wake County Courthouse, 316 Fayetteville St., Raleigh. LUPA 05-08 was adopted by a 5-1 vote at this meeting.
The Wake County Planning Board's Land Use Committee discussed this item at their meetings on May 13, 2009; June 17, 2009; and September 16, 2009. The Land Use Committee voted 4-0 at their September 16, 2009, meeting to recommend approval of the proposed Land Use Plan Amendment to the full Planning Board.
The Wake County Planning Board considered LUPA 05-08 at their meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., in Room 700 of the Wake County Courthouse. The Planning Board voted 8-1 to recommend approval of the proposed Land Use Plan Amendment to the Board of Commissioners.
