LUPA 03-11

Amend the Wake County Land Use Plan to expand the existing 35-acre Neighborhood Activity Center to include an additional 2.68 acres on the southeast quadrant of Old Creedmoor Road and NC Highway 98.

The Wake County Planning Board on December 7, 2011, referred LUPA 03-11 to the Land Use Committee for review. The Land Use Committee is scheduled to review the item on January 4, 2012, at 12:30 p.m., in Room 704 of the Wake County Courthouse.
