Pending Land Use Plan Amendments:

LUPA 02-11: Proposed Land Use Plan Amendment –   Amend the Wake County Land Use Plan to expand the existing 17.25-acre Neighborhood Activity Center to include an additional 1.07 acres on the southeast quadrant of Marshburn and NC Highway 97. 

LUPA 03-11: Proposed Land Use Plan Amendment - Amend the Wake County Land Use Plan to expand the existing 35-acre Neighborhood Activity Center to include an additional 2.68 acres on the southeast quadrant of Old Creedmoor Road and NC Highway 98.
