Rock 4 Pets 2009

Rock 4 Pets, April 19, 2009

Gather with family and friends to celebrate and benefit the lives of Wake County’s homeless animals at our first-ever “Rock 4 Pets,” a free concert at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park in Cary. Enjoy a Sunday afternoon listening to music performed by local musicians, meeting animals available for adoption, and learning how to support the animal care and welfare programs provided by local governments and nonprofit groups. Help us raise awareness of the pet overpopulation problem in our community by banding together to “Rock 4 Pets.”

If you like blues, garage, folk or jazz, our music lineup offers everything that rocks! Come enjoy the talents of Rootzie, The Loners, The Hevy Pets, Arielle Bryant, and Bomb Sniffin’ Dawgs.

Grab your lawn chairs, set up a picnic, and enjoy the time with your family and friends on Sunday, April 19, from noon to 5 p.m., at the Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park in Cary. Who knows, you may even bring home a new best friend of the four-legged variety.
