Wake County Animal Center Rabies & Microchip Clinic
The Wake County Animal Center is teaming with Care First Animal Hospitals to deliver rabies vaccines and microchips!
This clinic is open to dogs, cats, and ferrets.
Please notify in advance at the number below if bringing a ferret.
Rabies: $5.00
Microchip: $10.00
In order for your rabies vaccines to be recognized for 3 years, you must bring in PAPER PROOF that your pet has had a vaccine in the past, even if it is expired. If you are unable to provide proof, your vaccine will be recognized for only 1 year. RABIES TAGS ARE NOT PROOF.
*Vaccines and Microchips are in limited quantity. First come, first served.
*May not be able to provide change for anything over $10. If not, the customer will need to step out of line and get their own change before receiving their vaccine or microchip.
*There will be no other vaccines offered at this clinic
*All dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier (or on a leash) in order to receive their vaccine or microchip.
*We reserve the right to ask anyone who is causing a disturbance or anyone's animal who is causing a disturbance to leave the clinic.
*Clinic will not be rescheduled if canceled due to weather. Cancellations will be placed here and our Facebook page at WakeGovPets.
