Our 2020 camp dates will be announced by the end of January. Please check back for updates!

A registration packet, including a health history form and more information, will be sent to you within six weeks of the start of camp, with your paid registration online. Your child will bring a lunch, snacks and water bottle to camp each day. 
All camps meet at the Cypress Shelter.
Space is limited in each camp, so register early!
(If you are registered in one of our camps and would like to send in your child's Health History Form, you may do so anytime up until 4 days of camp start date.)
You and your child will also sign a Behavior Expectation sheet which you will bring with you on the first day of camp:

As of Jan. 1, 2019, we will no longer accept cash on site at any Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space location. Payments can be made on site or in advance with a credit or debit card. Checks must be mailed in advance to
Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space,

Schoolhouse of Wonder Track Out Camps at Harris Lake County Park

For 26 years Schoolhouse of Wonder has sent kids home dirty, tired and happy from their award-winning, outdoor Summer and Track Out Camps. This spring they are again partnering with Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space to offer nature-based, outdoor Track Out Camps at Harris Lake County Park for 5–12-year-olds. Schoolhouse camps offer extended hours, low camper-to-staff ratio, sibling and multi-camp discounts.
