Programs, Events & Camps
COVID-19 Update
Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space has made the decision to cancel all public programs and non-essential gatherings at its parks, effective Saturday, March 14, 2020, in order to slow the spread of COVID-19. This includes the group and public programs, special events, shelter reservations and overnight stays. These cancelations will remain in effect until April 30, 2020, when the county will reevaluate the situation. Our parks will remain open. The No. 1 priority of Wake County Parks, Recreation and Open Space is the safety and well-being of our visitors and employees.
