Hop on down to Crowder District Park to participate in some froggy family fun at this year’s Frog Fest! Learn about frogs and the clean water we all need. Enjoy crafts, games, live music and tasty food from local food trucks. Meet and greet with live frogs and reptiles. For all ages. FREE!

Parking    

Free off-site parking and shuttle available at Middle Creek High School: 123 Middle Creek Park Avenue in Apex.

 

The lower parking lot will be closed during the event. The upper parking lot will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking attendants and Sheriff's deputies will be on site to help the flow of traffic, both in the park and on Ten-Ten Road.
 

 

               Volunteers

 

 Volunteer to be a part of making this popular local event! Earn the hours you need for your organization while helping us foster natural resources stewardship. Students will be able to connect with natural resource organizations and network with leaders in the field. Opportunities include running game booths, activities, craft tables, event set-up and clean-up. Must have good people skills! All volunteers must bring a completed and signed Volunteer Service Agreement and Release Form.

 

If you are a teen (14 or older) or an adult, you can register online. If you are a parent-child team or a youth group and would like to volunteer, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at Laura Ketcham, 919-856-5378 or email laura.ketcham@wakegov.com. Please note volunteers under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian or adult supervision on site.
