Songbird Celebration

Bring your family to a FREE, daylong Songbird Celebration at Blue Jay Point County Park in recognition of International Migratory Bird Day 2011. A great outing for families, Scouts and other youth groups, celebrate the return of our migratory songbirds while you enjoy bird-related activities throughout the park. New classes and activities each year!
Schedule of Events
This year you must register for classes and hikes upon arrival at Songbird Celebration. Sign up sheets will be available at the Information Tent on the front walk to the Blue Jay Education Center. If you have questions, please call 919-870-4330 or email bluejaypoint@wakegov.com.

Volunteer
We can't do it alone! Every year, the Blue Jay Point staff is joined by 100+ volunteers who help make Songbird Celebration a success. We welcome groups, families, individuals and parent-child teams.
