This craft series for 6-8-year-olds focuses on seasonal ideas and related crafts.
Fee: $8/participant/program.

Learn about fascinating methods of seed dispersal as you make your own seed winnowing screen and create seed packet designs to bring home seeds to plant a garden of your own.

Learn all about our local bats and the exciting things they do for us. Wrap up the session by making a night creature luminary to use in your fall celebrations!

Recycle Ruckus
Saturday, November 15, 1-3 p.m.
What’s all the ruckus? In honor of America Recycles Day, play lots of games with recycled materials while you learn the what’s, how’s and why’s of recycling; then create a travel game out of recycled “parts” to take home.

Have you ever looked at a silhouette of bare tree branches against a winter sky and thought it looked like a work of art? Come practice your winter tree ID and then make winter decorations out of natural materials.
