Recycled Totes!
Saturday, January 7, and Saturday, February 11, 2012
(two-session series)
2–4 p.m.
For teens and adults
Join D’Nise Hefner from Blue Jay Point to learn how to transform all those annoying plastic shopping bags into an attractive and useful tote/purse. You have to see it to believe it! Add a “green” element to your wardrobe while you learn the ins and outs of “closing the loop” with plastic bags. Basic knitting skills (casting on and a simple knit stitch) and/or crochet skills are needed.
Teen and Adult program – Fee: FREE, but a small list of supplies is required.
Preregistration required by calling 919-870-4330.
