Breast Cancer Awareness Quilt Display, Program Oct. 28 at Cameron Village Library

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Cameron Village Regional Library will host a free quilt display and program on Saturday, October 28, at 2 p.m. The library is located at 1930 Clark Avenue in Raleigh.

The event will feature speakers from the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Rex Healthcare, and Sisters Network Triangle. Breast cancer survivor and comedienne Caroline Guthrie will also speak. On display will be quilts created by area quilters using fabrics featuring pink ribbons.
