Bryan served previously on NACo’s Human Services and Education Steering Committee.

"NACo is pleased and grateful that Commissioners Bryan, Ward and Gardner will help lead us in our efforts to ensure that the priorities and needs of the nation’s counties are heard in Washington, D.C.," Landkamer said.

Bryan, who was first elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2002, is vice chair of the County’s Public Safety and Criminal Justice Committee and a member of Budget, Finance and Education Committee.

With headquarters on Capitol Hill, NACo is the only national organization that represents county governments.
