Third Annual 'Joyful Voices of Youth' Concert Dec. 2 to Benefit Foster Children, Child Welfare Families

First Assembly of God Church, Child Welfare Faith Partners and Wake County Human Services’ Foster Care program will host a Youth Choir Concert, “Joyful Voices of Youth” Christmas Musical, on Friday, December 2. The event will be held at 7 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church, 3249 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh.
Choirs scheduled to participate include Abundant Life, Martin Luther King All Children’s Choir, Gethsemane SDA, Malaby’s Crossroads and others. Admission is an unwrapped gift.
Unwrapped toys, gift certificates or donations will be accepted at the event. All proceeds will be given to foster children and Child Welfare families served by Wake County Human Services. The goal of the event is to collect enough gifts for Wake County’s more than 600 children in the foster care system.
Refreshments will be served following the concert.
