Investigate Community Appearance 'Crimes' at May 26 Event

Join concerned citizens from across North Carolina to discuss and find solutions to community appearance "crimes" such as litter, graffiti, destroyed trees and huge, prolific billboards. The "CSI": COMMUNITY APPEARANCE conference will be held at the RBC Center in Raleigh on Thursday, May 26, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Nationally recognized keynote speaker Dr. Deborah Weisel will kick off the conference with a speech titled "Gangs, Graffiti & Broken Windows." This will be followed by panel discussions led by community leaders who work on ordinances and enforcement.
Register for the conference by Friday, May 20. The registration fee of $35 includes continental breakfast and lunch, as well as a pre-conference legislative reception on May 25 at the N.C.
