Canvass Date Change

The Wake County Board of Elections will meet at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 20, to review provisional ballots cast in the August 17 Second Primary. The canvass originally had been scheduled for Tuesday, August 24.

Pursuant to the State Board of Elections Memorandum 2004-28, the Wake County Board of Elections will conduct the canvass of the votes cast in the August 17 Second Primary on Friday, August 20, at 11 a.m.

If you are an ID-required provisional voter, you must have your ID in the Wake County Board of Elections office, 337 S. Salisbury St. in Raleigh by 11 a.m. on Friday.
