​Are You Ready to Vote this May?

April 13 is the deadline to register or update your information to vote in the May primary elections

Do you need to register to vote? Have you moved recently and need to update your voter information? Do you want to change your party affiliation?

The deadline to register or update your information to vote in the May 8 primary elections in Wake County is April 13, 2018.

To register or update your voter information, you need to fill out a one-page form. The signed form must be:

  • Postmarked by April 13 and mailed to Wake County Board of Elections, PO Box 695, Raleigh, NC 27602;
  • Delivered to the Wake County Board of Elections Office at 337 S. Salisbury St. in Raleigh by 5 p.m. on April 13;
  • Printed and signed, scanned or photographed, and emailed to voter@wakegov.com by 5 p.m. on April 13;
  • Faxed to 919-856-5864 by 5 p.m. on April 13; or
  • You can register or update your information at any Wake County Public Library by 5 p.m. on April 13.
