​​Libraries Partner to Offer Car Seat Safety Checks

Wake County will host two child car seat safety check sessions at area libraries in April. The Buckle Up program offers safety checks for child car seats in a drive-through setting at the following locations:

Thursday, April 4, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
West Regional Library
4000 Louis Stephens Drive, Cary
 
Tuesday, April 18, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
Cameron Village Regional Library
1930 Clark Ave., Raleigh
Nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety Seat Technicians will provide guidance and suggestions on the proper use of child car seats. The safety checks are free and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional checks will be offered in August and December in other regional libraries.
