Teen Poetry Contest, Author Visits, Writing Workshops and More at Libraries in March

Teen Poetry Contest
Teens in grades 6–12 are invited to submit up to three original poems for their appropriate age group. Poems can be submitted online between March 1 and April 15. Winners will be announced in May in each of the following categories: Grade 6, Grades 7–8, Grades 9–10 and Grades 11–12. Winners will receive trophies and be honored at a reception on May 14.

Deciphering Crime
Learn about the many facets of crime solving, from forensic photography to eyewitness testimony, and what the future of crime might look like. Registration requested.
