Libraries Kicks Off 'Big Read' Program

Wake County Public Libraries has launched its Big Read Community Reading Program. The program features more than 70 exciting, entertaining and thought-provoking Big Read events planned throughout February and March.

The Big Read is a national program that offers grants to support innovative community reading programs designed around a single book that broadens one's understanding of the world, their communities and themselves.

Classic Movies: Sherlock Holmes
Why has the "world's greatest detective" endured for so long? Watch a classic "Sherlock Holmes" movie starring Basil Rathbone and participate in a lively discussion.
