Southeast Regional Library Closed for Renovations

Southeast Regional Library closed on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, for renovations. The renovation is a part of the 2007 Wake County Capital Improvement Plan.

The library is being refurbished with carpet, paint, lighting, new furnishings and an updated floor plan to enhance the library, making it more user friendly. Southeast Regional Library is expected to reopen in April 2016.

Temporary library service is planned to be provided in the current Garner Police Station, at 900 7th Ave., Garner. This facility will become available for library use when construction of the new police station is completed. The temporary library will offer children's programming, limited public computers, book request service and a book return.
