Wake Libraries to Help You Get Back to Exercise
Wake County Libraries, in collaboration with Wake County Human Services, can help you make getting healthy your number one priority in 2013. Learn how to safely and effectively exercise, how to develop a proper diet and how to improve the quality of daily life through healthy lifestyle choices. Program is free but registration is required for the hour-long session. The program supports the library goal to expand existing knowledge and to broaden life skills for adults.
Monday, January 28, 6:30 p.m.
