FEATURE: Wake Libraries, College Foundation to Hold Workshops

Wake County Public Libraries and College Foundation of North Carolina will host a series of workshops Tuesday, October 20, 2009, through Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Prospective college students and their parents are invited to attend sessions pertaining to college planning and financing a college education.

Topics to be offered:

  • College Foundation overview
  • Career exploration and planning
  • Academic preparation
  • Searching for the right college
  • College application tips
  • College test preparation
