Public Records Request
The Wake County Public Affairs Office now accepts public records requests online. The automated system contacts members of the PAO staff as soon as an online form is completed and provides a confirmation e-mail to the submitter. This streamlines the request process for members of the media, citizens and staff.

After-Hours Access
The Wake County Public Affairs Office will respond to after-hours and holiday media calls via a pager system. Members of the news media needing immediate assistance may call 919-737-WAKE (919-737-9253) and leave a numeric message for the on-call staff member. Calls will be returned as promptly as possible.
