What we do...
- Monitor services of licensed and non-licensed providers
- Receive and review incident reports
- Provide endorsement reviews
- Assist in complaint mediation
- Offer provider training and technical assistance
- Our team consists of staff with experience and expertise in mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse service provision and monitoring for all age groups.
- We believe that by forming cooperative, supportive and collaborative relationships with service providers, the quality of services to Wake County consumers will be enhanced.
