What we do...

  • Monitor services of licensed and non-licensed providers
  • Receive and review incident reports
  • Provide endorsement reviews
  • Assist in complaint mediation
  • Offer provider training and technical assistance
  • Our team consists of staff with experience and expertise in mental health, developmental disability and substance abuse service provision and monitoring for all age groups.
  • We believe that by forming cooperative, supportive and collaborative relationships with service providers, the quality of services to Wake County consumers will be enhanced.
