Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year! The program is sponsored by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA). Nominators are members of teen book groups in 15 school and public libraries around the country. One of the 15 groups this year is from Wake County’s own Eva Perry Library in Apex.
